    Hi. Quick question: is there a way to have the textarea box have a scroll bar for when text reaches the limits of the box boundary? As of now, once you've filled the area, you cannot see what you are typing. That probably won't fly well with those filling out the forms. Suggestion? Thanks!

  2. Hi!

    Try using this as your Custom CSS:

    textarea {
        overflow: scroll!important;

    If it doesn't work, please provide a live example (link) so I can help you further!

    Thanks for your help. That adds both a vertical and horizontal scrollbar at all times. What I'd like to happen in ONLY have a vertical scroll appear when the text fills the box - no horizontal. I'd love to be able to have that scroll be invisible (transparent?), or at least match the style of the theme. Any way around that? Thanks so much!

  4. Hi!

    Sorry, my bad. I forgot that this code adds scrollbars in both directions. Use this instead:

    textarea {
        overflow-y: scroll!important;

    Regarding the customization for the scroll itself, sorry we don't CSS rules for it.

    Hope it works now!
