Clickable Image/banner Rotator

   I would like to know have an image rotator in the side bar that would rotate clickable images that could then take them to various other pages on the site.

   Basically, I need the frontpage slider for the sidebar. I've looked at the short codes and none of them support link but just the images themselves.

   I try to avoid third party apps when I can, so I'm hoping there is something within the theme itself to accomplish this that I just over looked.

   Hello Bryan,

   Basically your want a slider in your sidebar that will link your images to a page on your site when clicked on correct?

   I don't think we have anything like that yet. In our next update we'll most likely be including a jcarousel shortcode which could do this though.

   In the meantime I'm sure there are lots of plugins / widgets out there that can do this.

   I took a look at the jcarousel script you mentioned and it's definitely NOT what I'm looking for. All I need is the images themselves to rotate one at a time. If the image is clicked it goes to a specific page. It doesn't need any box around it or arrows. It should just look like an image on the sidebar, no frames, no boxes, no arrows.

   Just thought I'd point that out so you can consider something like that for a future update.
