Change "Home"-Button to "Startseite"-Button

   Hello,

   I bought the theme Awake successfully. Since I am German but I wanted to translate some buttons on the page into German. The "Home" menu button has the name here in Germany "Startseite" and not "Home". How and where can I make this adjustment?

   I also want to customize the contact form. The "Submit" button should be replaced and the heading "Abschicken" would have to "message" be changed to a "Nachrichten" button.
