   I don't know what to call the element so I attached a photo. My question is: is there a way to change to color/font independently of the entire theme color? Also, is there a way to take this off all together?

   Hello dubpluris,

   That looks like the breadcrumbs that your referring to. You can take them off in Dashboard -> your theme -> General Settings, http://mysitemyway.com/docs/index.php?title=General_Settings#Breadcrumbs.

   If you want to change the color then add this in Dashboard -> your theme -> General Settings -> Custom CSS,

   #breadcrumbs, #breadcrumbs a { color: black !important; }

   Sorry, I should have been more clear. I was referring to where is said "About Prostate Cancer" The only way I have found to change it is along with the whole color of the site, and I wanted to change it on its own.

   That's the default title that gets displayed when disabling the intro. Try this,

   #main h1.page_title { color: red !important; }
