    hi there i was wondering what is the best way to figure the picture dimension in the blog section. when i set up the blog and before clicking on the blog post the picture is in thumbnail mode and im adding as a featured image in the post . however even then it look cut off on the sides. and when the blog get clicks it to be read fully and the picture becomes bigger it is getting cutoff toward the buttom. how can i avoid that ?

    also how can i control the color of the spread the word bar. it is currently in the default color of my theme which is green

    You can find the spread the word bar in /wp-content/themes/infocus/images/sprite2.png.

    As for the featured image you can change the sizes in Dashboard -> your theme -> Image Resizing, http://mysitemyway.com/docs/index.php?title=Image_Resizing.

    thank you Elliott . the info you gave me for the spread the word gives me access to the png picture itself. im wondering if i can change the FB and twitter logos from green to blue without having to change my default color scheme on my skin . right the spread the world is grey background and green . i want it to be grey and perhaps blue

    Open up /wp-content/themes/[your_theme]/archive.php and add this on line 10,

    <style type = 'text/css'>
    #intro { display: none; }
    </style>
