I'm using the Blog Grid shortcode for infocus theme to populate a page that displays my posts by category - http://news.livinginolympia.info/headlines

How can I change the layout so that the image displays on top, followed by the title, then excerpt? Right now the title is showing first, and because some titles occupy two lines it is causing the images to be out of alignment.

    Hello livinginolympia,

This is more difficult that it seems. We can try a workaround though,

In your shortcode disable the title and the post meta like so,

    [blog_grid disable = "title, meta"]

And then when editing your post click on the "Screen Options" in the top right hand corner and check the excerpt to display. Next scroll down until you see the excerpt field and insert an H2 or H3 for your title like so,

    <h3>Here is my title</h3>
    <p>Here is my excerpt text</p>

This should make it so the image displays on top and the title is underneath.
