Not strickly a support request but more of a general question.

I have the awake theme set up with a blog and want to allow another person to make some posts and add pictures in their posts. However, I dont wish to let them have access to anything else. At the moment it appears that they would have access to things like testimonals and portfolios. I would also only like them to be able to upload an image rather than letting them access the media area. Can anyone recommemd a way forward or nice easy plugin that would help. Cheers

    Hello Dogmut,

I think creating the user as an "Editor" should work, http://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities.

That allows pages to be edited as well. Author is the lowest level but gives access to media etc. I have done it before but used a plugin but cant remember its name now.
