Hi there, I installed Awake 2.0 ( I was previously using 1.3) and activated the default theme before activating 2.0 etc, but when I go through the options and add my content in the html editor for the homepage content for instance, then click save and move on to the next tab of options, when I go back to the homepage tab, none of my settings are saved - even though I click save and see "Options Saved". I have put in image values for my slider, and 3x columns for my homepage content, press save, yet the page is blank. I have had to revert back to v1.3. I am using Wordpress 3.2.1. Any Ideas???
Awake 2.0 Preferences not saving?

Hi bchalk01,
you should try disabling all your plugins and see if any of them is causing the issue.

Hello bchalk01,
Let's try the following,
1. Download a fresh copy of Awake and completely delete it from your theme folder before upload the fresh copy.
2. Deactivate all plugins.
3. Switch to the default theme and back to Awake once more. Also let us know the following,
1. Did you install Wordpress manually or used a one click install with your hosting provider?
2. Is PHP and mySQL up to date on your server?Posted 10 months ago # -
I am having this same issue. I tried the steps you posted, Elliott, but I still cannot change any settings in Awake.

To other users having this problem make sure that your old awake folder is named something like "awake_1.3" and your new awake folder is named "awake".
