Awake 1.3 Hooks or Plugin?

   Greetings ~~

   At the domain in question I'm running Awake 1.3. I'm needing to place text/HTML at the end of posts and under my Jetpack Sharing plugin set of horizontal social media icons, and on blog posts, before your Awake Popular/Related posts output. Is a hook available for this location? If not, might you be aware of a plugin I could employ since the area is not widget-enabled?

   Hello heartcore,

   There are none available for version 1.3. The spot your looking for is in /wp-content/themes/awake/single.php around line 80.

   Does the most recent version contain any hook locations?
