adding a left and right sidebar simultaneously

   Hi

   I'd like to know how to add a left and right sidebar onto a single page. Ideally I'd like to have the left sidebar static throughout the whole website and the right sidebar being dynamic.

   Is this possible?

   This would have to be considered custom work as it would require quite a bit of PHP and CSS edits. It would be best to hire a freelancer to get this taken care of for you.
