The button to add shortcode brings up a box that says "You aren't allowed to be here". What happened here?

Hi mjbruning,
It seems that a plugin is causing this. Have you installed any lately? You should try to disable them one by one and see which is causing this problem. Please note that we don't offer support for any 3rd party plugins so if this is a plugin issue, you should contact their developers. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Out of nowhere this just happened to me. Now I cannot get the custom shortcode button to work. It says the same as above!
I installed an audio player plugin. I noticed this problem when I went to work on my portfolio not 30 min later. I have since completely trashed ALL of my plugins that I added and it is still doing the same thing...ugh.
What gives???

I am getting the same problem. I am using the newest wordpress version and the old Awake theme (from one year ago).
Since on this website here all the shortcodes are new, I cannot use them cause there are no examples to be found anywhere. :(
Please advise!

Hello ratluk,
Let's try the following,
- Deactivate all plugins
- Switch to the default theme and back to inFocus
- Create a backup and then completely delete inFocus before downloading / uploading again
- Clear your browser cachePosted 7 months ago #
