I don't want to disable the slider when people visit our site. The fix you gave disabled the slideshow all the time, for everyone visiting our page, even for the first time. Sounds like there is a bug and Mysitemyway and infocus won't work with multisite?

I have just purchased Method and ftp'd it successfully to install it. When I go to activate the theme I just get a blank page without an error message. Then the whole of wp-admin goes down. When I delete the theme, wp-admin goes back up again. Then it goes down again when i re-install the theme...any advice?

I noticed this got moved to feature request. I'm stuck and need help pretty soon. I'd much rather resolve the issue so please help me repair the theme problem since we all know a feature request is simply telling me there is nothing more you can do. Maybe there will be a theme update, but I can't wait to see if it's gonna happen in a few months or not. My problem isn't just a feature request. I am respectfully requesting support for the theme I purchased. Thanks in advance.

Just a quick update. Thank you for the attempt to resolve the problem. I added the suggested code and it didn't change anything except disabling the slider when someone visits our homepage. Thank you for trying. Maybe mysitemyway won't work for multisite. I wish it would work though. We've already invested so much time in this build.

Thank you for the PM, Elliot. If I could ask a direct question... If it's so easy to fix, why not fix the theme and announce the update? It would help anyone like myself debating on offering the 'mysitemyway' themes as an affiliate. I'm sure I'm not the only novice.

Please post a reply publicly so everyone can know if mysitemyway themes are actually multisite compatible or not. Wp-signup is the core of multisite and if it isn't functioning properly, then the whole thing is broke. I could really use some help please.

From what I can gather, the theme doesn't support the wp-signup.php. It looks like there should be an update on the themes, that might cover this.

Okay Rochester, I checked many themes and this is the only one with this issue. I've since searched this forum and there seems to be a couple of other people who have had this issue. I messaged you some test credentials. When you click the 'create a site' button, it launches the php file correctly, but it places it at the bottom of what looks like the home page (except the slider won't load). Scroll down to see the form at the bottom of the page. The wp-signup.php should open in it's own page. This is the only theme this is having trouble with.

I purchased inFocus and it doesn't work properly when signing up new sites. When I go to mysite/wp-signup.php the sign up form is pushed to the bottom of a messed up page. Lots of my homepage is above and it just won't work. The documentation states it works with multi-site and I have very little experience with coding, so it isn't likely I'll be able to add CSS or anything like that. This is a newer install and I am certain of how it is supposed to look, feel and function. I tried a few themes before purchasing inFocus, and now that I have it installed and pretty much setup, I find this problem. It's a little aggravating since it's obvious the theme is causing the trouble. How can we easily resolve this? Or, are the MySiteMyWay themes not really multisite operational?

As I wrote in the message I had figured that posts can be individually configured but I also kinda hoped that there could be a unique 'default' setting for all posts that could be changed only if needed. This blog will be a contribution from many different users, some of which don't have the skills (and the will) to configure the blog the way it's intended. That is why I hoped it could be done via the template setting. I will try to create a child theme for now, changing the single.php, I hope you will consider it a feature for next releases of your wonderful themes, though! I will pm you user and pwd to access the site. Thank you.

Hello, I am using DEJAVU 2.2. I followed instructions about setting up a blog page, here's what I did: 1. created a page called "blog" 2. assigned it as the designated page in the BLOG section in the DEJAVU customization page. 3. made sure that in the DASHBOARD->READING section no page was specified as the blog. I slightly changed the appearance of the blog page, inserting a proper image banner for the header, and creating a designated sidebar also. If I select "BLOG" from the navigation menu everything displays correctly: i see my posts displayed in the page with the image banner header and everything, and the sidebar is the right one. If I select a single post I get a page with no image-banner, no blog sidebar (the default sidebar is displayed instead), and the breadcrumbs of the page sure look weird (the title of the post is displayed twice). I hoped that the settings to the BLOG page also applied to the single-post pages as well... Since I would like ALL my single posts to be displayed with the Blog page layout is there a way to fix this or do I have to manually set up every single post in order to have it matching the looks of the BLOG page (i.e. setting up the image banner and selecting the appropriate sidebar from the post settings)? Also, what can I do to fix the breadcrumbs? I really hope there is a way to fix all this instead of having to manually operate everytime someone writes a post on the blog. I can provide a wp admin access to the website if needed. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I've updated the Infocus WP theme to version 3.0 and for some reason the Blog page does not show any posts. I looked into the infocus backend panel to make sure I set the Blog page.. and also have set it under the WP backend reading settings.. The only thing that shows up is the sidebar (I set to the default sidebar default) See screenshot attached.. Thanks in advance for the help JC

It's for the latest version of Google Chrome. It defaults the color pickers in your skin to black.

Hi Guys, First, thanks for creating such great themes, the elegance is exactly what I've been looking for my website and really is perfect! The issue I have is that I want my site title (custom png image) to be central. I have added this to my custom css box: .logo { position: absolute !important; top: 25px !important; left: 325px !important; } - and that has worked for my site when viewed on a large screen (PC, laptop etc...) The problem is that when viewed on a tablet in portrait mode, or on a mobile phone, the padding of 325px sends the site logo off to the right. Is there either some custom css to center my logo that doesn't involve padding, and will therefore work on responsive and normal computers, or a way of changing the padding only for the responsive version of the site?
